How To Use

Mix 1 scoop (approx. 30g) in an MSC Nutrition shaker with 200ml of water or milk. For optimum utilisation take with water immediately after training or competition.

Can be taken anytime during the day to increase your overall protein intake.

Functions

MUSCLE & STRENGTH

Whey Protein Concentrate and Whey Protein Isolate in combination provide high levels of the Essential Amino Acids which will facilitate lean muscle growth and maximise strength gains.

L-Leucine is the most Anabolic Amino Acid because of its role in up-regulating Protein Synthesis. This creates an Anabolic environment, essential for muscle growth.

OPTIMISE RECOVERY

Probiotics increase the number of ‘friendly’ bacteria within the gut, acting as the first line of defence against ‘harmful’ bacteria.

Prebiotics assist with the growth of ‘healthy’ bacteria. The inclusion of Lactobacillus Acidophilus (Probiotic) and Fructooligosaccharides (Prebiotic) help to maintain a healthy and stable gut.

Digestive Enzyme Complex of Protease, Lipase and Amylase aid the breakdown and digestion of Protein, Fats and Carbohydrates.

Glycine and Cysteine have also been included for their beneficial Antioxidant effects. The body’s important natural Antioxidant Glutathione is synthesised from these Amino Acids.
