How To Use

For maximum benefits, begin with a loading phase of 20-25g (4-5 scoops) per day for 5-7 days before reducing dosage to 5-10g (1-2 scoops) per day.

Split your servings throughout the day with optimum timings being first thing in the morning and immediately post exercise.

Alternatively, take 5-10g (1-2 scoops) immediately post exercise.
