How To Use

Hypotonic Solution: (Before) Mix 1 scoop (approx. 20g) with 500ml of water in an MSC Nutrition shaker and consume prior to training or competition.

Isotonic Solution: (During) Mix 1.5 scoops (approx. 30g) with 500ml of water in an MSC Nutrition shaker and sip at intervals during training or competition.

ENERGY & HYDRATION

BCAAs help prevent muscle breakdown during intense physical output due to their role in Glycogen-sparing, helping preserve lean muscle mass.

L-Tyrosine is a precursor to important neurotransmitters which deliver stimulating effects, enhance mental functioning and inhibit feelings of stress and fatigue.

Tri-Carb Blend of Maltodextrin, Dextrose and Waxy Maize Starch provide a steady supply of energy which is required to sustain and prolong performance for mid-long duration activity, allowing for faster hydration and better gastric draining.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Electrolytes and B Vitamins aid in maintaining a correct hydration balance, important for cell functioning. Vitamin B3 and B6 are essential in the utilisation and uptake of Amino Acids which contribute to enhanced mental performance.

Taurine plays a crucial role in the transportation of Electrolytes into cells, optimising cell functioning during physical performance.
